Thank you for choosing Gleeth. We are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality Miswak right to your door. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high volume, we will contact you via email.
2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship from our hub in Ontario, Canada. Because we aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers, standard shipping does not include a tracking number. * Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our facility. This email confirms that your Miswak is on its way to you.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Gleeth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. PACKAGING & FRESHNESS
To ensure your Miswak stays fresh, all Gleeth sticks are vacuum-sealed. If your package arrives and the vacuum seal is broken or punctured, please contact us immediately at support@gleeth.store, as this can affect the natural moisture of the root.
6. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gleeth is not liable for products lost or stolen after they have been delivered by the carrier. If you have not received your package after 20 business days, please contact us at support@gleeth.store so we can look into the status of your order.
