REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Gleeth, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. Because our Miswak toothbrushes are natural, personal care items, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds to comply with Ontario health and safety standards.


1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products as personal hygiene items, all sales are final once the product packaging has been opened. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Miswak sticks that have been:

  • Removed from their vacuum-sealed or original packaging.

  • Used, trimmed, or peeled.

  • Damaged by the customer due to improper storage (e.g., allowing the root to dry out or grow mold due to moisture trapped in a closed container).

Unopened Items

If you change your mind, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Ontario facility.


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We pride ourselves on quality, but since Miswak is a natural root, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a significant quality defect (e.g., the vacuum seal was broken during transit), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To process a claim for a damaged item:

  1. Email support@gleeth.store with your order number.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

  3. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


3. NATURAL VARIATIONS

Please note that Miswak is a natural product harvested from the Salvadora persica tree. Variations in thickness, shape, color, and scent are normal and are not considered defects. We do not offer refunds based on these natural characteristics.


4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return (for unopened items) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.


5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Gleeth is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely. If a package is lost in transit before being marked as delivered, please contact us at support@gleeth.store so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
